Our Board of Advisers
Jonathan Rogan is a Human Resources executive with over 20 years of responsible and progressive experience in Human Resources. His professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting,
organizational development and Employee Relations.
Mr. Rogan has a Bachelors degree from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Elizabeth (Liz) Vargas is an employment lawyer and Human Resources professional with 15 years of experience mostly working in technology companies. She holds a J.D. and LLM from the Georgetown University Law Center and has held senior roles at Microsoft, IBM and several start ups.
Ms. Vargas' areas of expertise include recruitment and recruitment marketing, employee recognition, compensation and performance management. Given her background in employment law, Employee Relations is truly her forte. Through her membership at SHRM, she mentors students who hold a similar passion.
